Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up 22 vacancies to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) Group ‘C’ on temporary basis likely to be permanent in ITB Police Force.

Posts : ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER) - 22

Pay Scale : PB-I, Pay Scale: Rs.5200–20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2,800/- per month.

Age Limit : Between 18 to 25 years (Cut off date for determining the age will be 25.07.2011)

Qualifications :
(a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University orequivalent.
(b) i) Dictation- 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
ii) Transcription- 50 minutes (English) on computer; or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
(c) Should have basic knowledge of computer application.

Fee : The candidates belonging to General and OBC category will be required to pay Rs 50/- (Non refundable) as application fee in form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS)/IPO/Bank Draft in favour of “ Inspector General (Special) Frontier, ITBP, West Block, Wing-2, Secotr-1, R.K. Educational qualification for Constable(Daftry) : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution

Fee : Each application should be accompanied by a crossed Bank Draft/Postal Order for Rs.50/-(fifty) as examination fee in favour of authority to whom the application is addressed, payable at respective SBI/Post office at the location or nearby station. However, the SC/ST and Departmental (BSF) candidates are not required to submit examination fee. Women candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.
